Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Destinations: We ship worldwide.

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order is processed.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

Please note: Carrier delays, weather, peak season, and customs processing (for international orders) may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout, we may not be able to replace or refund it.

Issues and Damages

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your neighbors, building reception, or local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello@mayaandhenrys.com and we will help you with the next steps.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@mayaandhenrys.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the item and the packaging. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
